Process for Adjusting Delivery Time:

- If a client requests a delivery delay or early delivery, our team will assess whether there are available time slots that can accommodate the request without disrupting planned routes.

Confirm New Time Slot
- If an alternative slot is available, the logs team will confirm the updated delivery or collection time.

Inform the Client
- Once confirmed, we will communicate the revised delivery time to the client.
