Once an order has been placed, clients cannot edit the date or time slot directly through the website if the delivery is scheduled within 24 hours. However, rescheduling is possible by contacting us in the Order Reschedule section.

- Clients must request a reschedule before the scheduled delivery date and provide the preferred new date and time slot.

- Our team will check if the requested date and time can be accommodated without affecting existing schedules.

- Once confirmed, we will update the order and notify the client of the changes.
