How can I add extra items or remove existing items from my order?

You can modify your order by adding or removing items, but timing plays a key role in whether changes can be accommodated.

Removing Items:

• Items can be removed anytime before the driver reaches the delivery location.

Adding Extra Items:

• Before 9 AM (Same Day): Higher chance of adding items, as drivers are still at the warehouse.
• After 9 AM (Same Day): Lower chance, as most drivers have already started their routes.
• A Day Before Delivery: Extra items can be added if requested in advance.

Charges:

• There are no additional charges for adding or removing items from your order.
