We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. The cancellation process depends on the status of the delivery, and certain conditions or charges may apply.
1 Cancelling Before Delivery Attempt
- If the driver is still mid-route and has not activated the task, the order can be canceled free of charge.
2 Cancelling Upon Driver’s Arrival
- If the driver has already arrived at your property, a Cancellation Over Arrival (COA) fee will apply.
- We will inform you of the penalty before proceeding with the cancellation.
3 Rescheduling Instead of Cancelling
- If you prefer to reschedule instead of canceling, we can arrange a new delivery time.
- No penalty will be applied, even if the driver has already arrived.
