How to place an order through the website?

To place an order, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Visit the Website:
   • Go to the following link: https://www.laundryheap.com/en-gb/linen
2. Log in to Your Account:
   • Click on the Login button located in the upper-right corner of the homepage.
   • Enter your registered email address and password to access your account.
3. Select the Service:
   • After logging in, click on the "Book Now" button in the upper-right corner.
   • This will direct you to a page where you can select a delivery/collection date and a time slot (2-hour window).
4. Free Collection:
   • All collections are free of charge, but please note that a minimum order value of £16.33* plus VAT is required for each order placed.
     *Effective 1st April 2025, the Minimum Order Value will increase from £20 plus VAT to £25 plus VAT. This change is necessary to account for rising business costs resulting from forthcoming increases in national insurance contributions, which directly impact our logistical expenses.
5. Enter Payment Details:
   • After selecting your time slot, click Continue to proceed to the next page.
   • Here, you will be prompted to enter your card details to complete the payment.
   • Please note that there is a 50p authorization for each day you place an order and a £24 authorization when you first enter a new credit card. This is not a charge and will be freed up by your bank within a few days. This is a necessary validation process to ensure credit cards are valid.
   • We will invoice you at the beginning of each month for all the orders placed in the previous month; you will then have 14 days to pay your invoice.
6. Complete the Order:
   • Review your details and confirm your order to finalize the process.
