If you receive stained items in your delivery, please follow these steps to report the issue and request a resolution:
1 Reporting the Stained Items
- Notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your delivery.
- Provide the following details:
- Type of items that are stained.
- Number of items affected.
- Order ID for reference.
- Clear images of the stained items for assessment.
2 Resolution Options
You can choose from the following resolution options:
✅ Same-Day Replacement
- If you need an urgent replacement, we will check if our drivers have extra items available and arrange delivery where possible.
✅ Replacement with Your Next Order
- If you prefer to receive the replacements with your next order, please share the order details. We will arrange for the replacements to be delivered along with it.
📌 Important: Failure to report the stained items within 72 hours may result in the issue being ineligible for resolution.
